Customer Service Assistant

Salary: £12,500 P/A + Benefits

Working Hours: Fixed working hours, 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Location: Donnington, Telford

Start date: 1st November 2020 + (3 month probation period)

The Role

As Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be playing a critical role in the business, speaking to our customers directly on the phone, online and in our workshop managing enquiries and bookings. You’ll also help with daily business operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role requires a positive can-do attitude and a 24/7 smile, so If you are great on the phone and great with people, this the role for you!

 

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming telephone enquires

• Handling inbound enquiries from our website and social media channels

• Speaking to customers face-to-face in our workshop

• Generating invoices for customers and taking payments

• Overseeing our booking calendar and scheduling work

• Basic bookkeeping admin (training provided)

• Maintenance of social media channels

• Documenting and photographing work undertaken
